What is ID Verification and how does it work?

ID verification is the process of matching your confirmed identity to your member account on OtisHealth. The process has five steps. Launch the ID Verification process by either clicking the Retrieve My Medical Records button in the Health Profile section OR by clicking the ID Verification symbol in the My Profile section. You will be directed to the ID.me website to either log into your existing ID.me account OR create a new account. After completing the ID verification process on ID.me, you will be asked to share your verified identity details with OtisHealth. OtisHealth will receive the details and attempt to match the ID.me identity details with your OtisHealth account details. Your first name, middle name, last name, home address, phone number, email, and date of birth must match. If everything matches, your account will be marked as ID Verified.
