OtisHealth is free to use. There are no fees. We believe everyone should have free and continuous access to their health information at all times.
ID verification is not required to use the OtisHealth application. It is only required if you intend to use the Retrieve My Medical Records feature which requires additional security precautions.
ID verification is the process of matching your confirmed identity to your member account on OtisHealth. The process has four steps:
If you have any difficulty with the ID.me portion of the process, please submit a support request on the ID.me help portal, https://help.id.me/.
The information in your OtisHealth profile needs to match what you provided ID.me. You may access and modify your OtisHealth member profile using the menu at the top right-hand corner of your app screen. Be sure that the first name, middle name, last name, home address, phone number, email, and date of birth all match the information you provided ID.me.
To share your health profile, go to the sharing section of the OtisHealth application and click the “+ Share Your Health Data” button. Fill out information on the person with whom you will be sharing your health data. Pick the edit or view only option. Then pick the section of your health profile you would like to provide access. A video guide showing the process is available on YouTube, Sharing your OtisHealth profile.
PLEASE BE SURE YOU KNOW THE PERSON YOU ARE SHARING WITH. Access may be revoked by you at any time. However, you will not be able to recover data taken by anyone during the time you granted them access.
The sharing section of the OtisHealth application is encrypted. People that you share your profile with must also establish an OtisHealth account and may only view your health profile on the application. You may revoke this access at any time.
